1. Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

2. Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

We offer two domestic shipping options via FedEx:

3. International Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

  • Rates & Availability: Shipping costs and available carriers will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.

4. Holidays & Limited Editions

Please note that shipping and delivery times may be extended during:

  • Major holidays (e.g., Christmas, New Year’s)

  • Launches or restocks of limited-edition collections

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Some restrictions may apply based on local regulations or carrier limitations.

  • Prohibited items will be automatically canceled and refunded if they cannot be shipped to your region.
