All tags, hygiene liners, and protective seals (if applicable) must be intact
The item must be in resaleable condition

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability. In some cases, we may recommend placing a new order while your return is processed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the matter at no additional cost to you.
